I actually can’t quite believe it’s been 16 weeks since I started with Millie. I remember my consultation call with her and I had all these plans and goals that I was so excited to achieve but also so scared because they were fucking huge and terrified me. But Millie believed in me and wrote all those goals down and has consistently pushed me since then to achieve them. —- At first I was still going out every weekend and I wasn’t really accounting for it. This meant my progress stalled, Millie spoke to me, screwed my head back on and since then we’ve been moving. Had a few downs and but honestly couldn’t be prouder of myself.

Without sounding dramatic, you have changed my life in so many ways…I really didn’t have any expectations when I decided to go with Mill as my coach, I just knew that I wasn’t happy with how I was feeling within myself.Now I honestly wouldn’t want to be without her and I am by far the fittest I have ever been. Today marks me hitting the 3 stone mark and when i started getting into fitness, i only want to loose a stone to begin with 😅 after a hard couple of month psychically, mentally and finally realising how toxic my eating habits were, i knew i had to make a change. I thought I knew enough about what it took to feel strong but it turns out that googling the amount an average woman should be eating really doesn’t work for everyone (not for me anyway).Millie has made every aspect of my program completely personalised to fit my needs. She has also educated me through every step of the process, ensuring I know what it takes to become the healthiest version of myself.My work life can be quite stressful but having Millie to keep me in check has been invaluable!

The training plans Millie designed for me over the course of working together where completely bespoke to me and my fitness goals. Training video feedback was always delivered positively and thoroughly and any exercises that just wernt working for me were switched to ones that felt a lot better.
